I had an amazing birthday celebration!  We had yummy sushi for dinner!!!! Delicious!!!!  Then we all headed out to the bars for a night of celebration!  Mine & Justin's friends are the greatest & they made my night soo wonderful!

Celebrating my Birthday Begins

This year for my birthday Justin decided to take me to my favorite thing in the whole wide world.... The Ballet!!!!!  He found Sacramento Ballet Tickets for the Thursday before my birthday.... they were performing "Themes and Variations" & "Carmina Buerana"!    Carmina is one ballet that is great for even people who don't particularly like ballet... because it has a full choir and there are not super traditional ballet dances or costumes.
It was truly AMAZING!!!!!  I loved every minute of it!

Trying to Raise Money

May 12th is Fibromyalgia Awareness Day! 

I am trying to help raise money for more research of this syndrome. Since I was diagnosed in July 2009, I have found that there is little information about this syndrome. Please help me to raise money for more research & hopefully better treatments!


If you dont know what Fibromyalgia is.... here is a little definition.


Fibromyalgia is a common and complex chronic pain disorder that affects people physically, mentally and socially. Fibromyalgia is a syndrome rather than a disease. Unlike a disease, which is a medical condition with a specific cause or causes and recognizable signs and symptoms, a syndrome is a collection of signs, symptoms, and medical problems that tend to occur together but are not related to a specific, identifiable cause.

Life got a little crazy!

Sorry, I have been horrible about updating the blog.  Life has just been crazy! So I am going to play catch up right now!

Last I posted we had our puppy Chloe, well shortly after we got her she became very sick and ended up coming down with distemper.  We had to put her down after having her for 3 weeks.  It was the hardest thing I ever had to do.  It is so sad that a puppy who was barely 3 months was so sick and wouldn't make it through the illness. 
Justin decided that we both needed a dog together.  So we got our second lil princess Shyla Anne!  She is truly one of the greatest gifts!  She brightens up every day!

We had a wonderful holiday season with our friends and family!  Enjoyed a great Christmas at my mom's house, and a wonderful Christmas eve at Justin's parents.  We spent a crazy New Years Eve at one of Justin's friends house.  Other than that it's been life as usual.  Justin working all the time and I am trying to finish school.  But thanks to our wonderful economy I wont be able to get back to sac state when I thought I would be... So I am on the job hunt. Keep your fingers crossed for me that I can find something!
