Fish & Chips

I made home made fish & chips!!! and boy was is delicious!  I was actually surprised at how easy it was to make.  Deep frying wasn't to hard either, and surprise suprise I didnt burn myself at all!!!

    oh gawd, i can feel my arteries clogging just lookin' at the fried fish... sheesh, did you cook the fries? they look mushy, yuck~

    i think you got your mother's cooking skills! don't tell her i said that.
